The River 7 crankbaits are the brain child of legendary crankbait angler Willem Stolk. These crankbaits have been designed by Willem and have proven themselves time and time again in major competitions such as WPC and World Crank Cup. This model proved itself during the World Crank Cup with Willem catching his zander on it. The unique colour combinations of all RIVER 7 crankbaits are special – and they catch! Suitable for fishing on sandbanks -or bouncing over structures. The crank has a challenging action that triggers predatory fish. A predatory fish does not swim around a crankbait before it attacks. Hence a 50% higher chance of a bite using a 2 colour combination. Willem Stolk came 2nd twice this year during the World Crank Cup and World Crank Elite – with his own designs and colour combinations.
If you like to tune your own crankbaits, the use of two split rings on the back ensures that you lose less fish. The hook size can also be adjusted by using double split rings. Two Tone Crankbaits (each side a unique colour). 50% more chance of a bite. Supplied with quality VMC hooks.
The Dude has a unique action and, thanks to it’s design, is perfectly at home on flowing water, and swimming amongst the vegetation. The square bill means this lure can be fished aggressively on the bottom without the trebles getting snagged. Due to the lure not rolling on the lip, it will maintain a more upright position, thus minimising the trebles getting caught up.
