A classic 20g fat slider in the Mr Pike range from Quantum. The buoyant, slightly squat body of the Fat Slider make it very visible in windy, choppy conditions. The sight bob on top helps aid visibility when fishing at range. What makes this float a bit special is that it is made from Rohacell foam. Rohacell is a closed cell foam developed for the Aerospace and automotive industries, that, unlike balsa, does not dent or crack easily. It has a closed cell formation that does not allow water penetration, even on unpainted surfaces. Yes, these floats are not the cheapest, but as they are virtually indestructible, they will save you a lot of money and hassle in the long run.
